RULES FOR CHILD PRESCHOOL

Today we suggest you familiarize yourself with the rules that define a child as a person, contribute to his subsequent intellectual development and social adaptation, and therefore must be present in the life of every child.

Rules for a preschool child

In the life of every child there must be rules that will help him develop habits inherent in a decent, polite, responsive, clean person. However, many parents very often do not know at what age it is best to start introducing certain rules so that the child does not perceive them negatively.

Experts are sure that the most optimal age for introducing rules into the life of a child is a period of 4 to 6 years. At an earlier age, the baby will not be able to follow them because of the characteristics of their psychological and physical development. And the introduction of rules at a later age is fraught with their rejection, since 6-7-year-old children already perceive themselves as an independent subject of activity / behavior, and are able to skimp on the rules that are imposed on them

Today we suggest you familiarize yourself with the rules that define a child as a person, contribute to his subsequent intellectual development and social adaptation, and therefore must be present in the life of every child.

WHICH RULES A CHILD SHOULD FOLLOW
CLEANING
The kid should know that he is obliged to put his workplace in order after the end of classes (to remove toys, hide albums / pencils, etc.). Care must be taken to ensure that the child always follows this rule:

firstly, regular cleaning of toys promotes the development of qualities such as responsibility and cleanliness;
secondly, mother will be able to cope with housework faster, and spend more time communicating with her child.
EMERGENCY HELP
The child must unquestioningly carry out the small instructions of the parents (for example, take napkins, bring a broom, lay out spoons, help in choosing foods, etc.). At the same time, it is very important that the baby always brings the job to the end. In turn, parents should always sincerely thank the child for any help that he provided. The kid should feel that his help is highly appreciated and necessary for parents.

OBEDIENCE
A very important aspect of children’s education is the attitude, which implies the absolute obedience of a preschooler. If the child himself performs a useful work without parental guidance, he should be praised and encouraged. This means that the child wants to participate in socially useful activities and independently help adults.

BASIC POLITALITY
The child should know that older people need to give way to the bus / trolleybus / tram / metro station, that adults cannot be interrupted, adults must be contacted by “you”, etc. A boy should know that girls need to be protected, and a girl should know that boys cannot be “bullied”.

A preschooler must be polite and follow the basic rules of etiquette. In psychology, this technique is called caring for others. It is important that the child does not forget about himself, while maintaining the two sides of this reality in balance.

HYGIENE
A preschooler must have personal and public hygiene skills. By senior preschool age, he should be able to:

wash your hands yourself before eating, after using the toilet, cleaning, walking or playing;
use individual hygiene items (towel, comb, toothbrush, etc.);
monitor your tidiness (notice malfunctions in clothes, keep things clean, etc.).

HOW TO HELP A CHILD TO UNDERSTAND THE RULES
CONVERSATION
You must always calmly talk with your baby, explaining to him the significance of certain rules (in no case should you raise your voice for a child so that he does not become anxious or scared). A systematic reminder of the need to comply with the rules will lead to the fact that their implementation will become the norm through which you can not cross.

HELP
At the beginning of education and training can and should help the child. In this case, he will feel the support he needs and will strive to justify his hopes. We emphasize that the help of parents should be limited to support, and not the implementation of the rule instead of the child.

PERSONAL EXAMPLE
Preschool children are different in that they repeat the actions and habits of their parents. Therefore, parents must not only show how to comply with certain rules, but also regularly adhere to the same rules, demonstrating to the baby their importance and significance by their own example.

ACCURACY
The rules that parents set must be clearly defined. This will help children not to get confused in what an adult tells them.

COOPERATION
Parenting should be like mutual cooperation of parents, then the child will feel that he has a special role in family relationships. For example, if mom said that you need to remove the toys for yourself, then dad should support the request of his wife.
